NADCAP CERTIFIED TESTINGIn-house nondestructive testing guarantees in-process quality in every part we make. It gives customers who bring us their finished parts the certainty of first-class final inspection. Our NDT lab, handling parts up to 100 pounds and 54 inches long, meets the highest aerospace standards.

• Magnetic Particle Inspection detects surface/below surface flaws on ferrous materials up to 54 inches long. Maximum output: 4000 amps.
• Fluorescent Penetrant inspection locates surface flaws on non-ferrous parts up to 48 inches long, meeting the latest NDT standard for aerospace applications.
• Nital Etch identifies grinding burns on some types of bearing steel.
